SmartAuction by Ally
The Ally Bank project consisted of screens for an upcoming SmartAuction website that would allow automobile dealers to search car auctions in their areas. The initial phase of the project was to undertand and design the search feature and search results options which would allow the dealers to choose a particular model for bidding.

Searching Inventory
Allowing the system to integrate with a car dealer network required mapping of key features in the automotive industry to provide any and all possible vehicles and options to display in the user search without overwhelming the design. Much research and care was put into what information was available, how it was presented, in what order and why.

Finding the Right Vehicle
The results page was simplistic by design. Allowing only top level information based on the users search results with the ability to narrow the search if the user needed to drill down to more specifics.
